Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily CED coating line operations and ensure production targets are achieved.

- Monitor and maintain CED process parameters such as bath temperature, pH, conductivity, solids, voltage, current, coating thickness, and immersion time.

- Ensure proper pre-treatment processes including degreasing, rinsing, phosphating and surface preparation.

- Monitor CED bath condition and coordinate with the Quality/Process team for chemical analysis and necessary corrections.

- Ensure proper loading and unloading of components on the CED conveyor/hangers.

- Monitor coating quality, appearance, adhesion, thickness and corrosion resistance.

- Identify coating defects such as pinholes, roughness, poor coverage, sagging, uneven coating and contamination, and take corrective action.

- Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspection and rejection control.

- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of CED tanks, pumps, rectifiers, filtration systems, ovens and related equipment.

- Maintain daily production,



chemical consumption, process parameter and rejection records.

- Control material wastage and optimize chemical and utility consumption.

- Ensure proper curing/baking parameters and oven temperature control.

- Coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.

- Ensure compliance with 5S, PPE, safety procedures and environmental requirements.

- Train and guide operators/helpers regarding CED processes, safety and work instructions.

- Manage manpower allocation according to production requirements.

- Investigate process-related quality issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals as per safety requirements.

- Prepare daily production and process reports for management.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
