Job Summary

RKT Manpower & Hospitality is looking for two experienced and responsible Supervisors who can efficiently manage staff, monitor daily operations, maintain discipline, and coordinate with clients and management.

Both candidates should have previous supervisory experience and must be graduates.

One of the two supervisors should additionally have practical knowledge of electrical and plumbing-related work.

Position 1 – SupervisorKey Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage staff during daily operations.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Allocate duties and ensure work is completed properly.
- Coordinate with employees, management, and clients.
- Handle staff-related issues and resolve day-to-day operational problems.
- Maintain proper records and submit reports when required.
- Ensure company and client standards are followed at the work location.
- Arrange replacements or manage manpower shortages when required.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain service quality.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of staff supervision and workforce management.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle operational issues independently.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and professional.





Position 2 – Supervisor with Electrical & Plumbing KnowledgeKey Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage staff and daily site operations.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and work performance.
- Allocate duties and coordinate work among team members.
- Identify basic electrical and plumbing problems at the site.
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, technicians, or maintenance teams when required.
- Monitor repair and maintenance activities.
- Report major technical issues to management.
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure workplace safety and smooth operations.
- Maintain daily records and operational reports.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience in manpower, facility management, hospitality, maintenance, or a related field will be preferred.
- Basic/practical knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing work.
- Ability to identify common maintenance problems.
- Good staff-management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle day-to-day operational challenges.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to take ownership of site operations.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in facility management, manpower services, hospitality, housekeeping, commercial buildings, residential societies, hotels, hospitals, or corporate sites will be preferred.
