3. Implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Emergency Response
1. Handle emergency maintenance requests.
2. Coordinate with emergency services (e.g., fire department).

Campus Upkeep
1. Ensure cleanliness and organization.
2. Supervise housekeeping and landscaping staff.

Compliance and Safety
