Job Purpose/ Summary

SUP-DISP-Commercial

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatch of finished goods to customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries. The role requires strong coordination with internal departments, transporters, and customers, along with compliance to company policies and statutory requirements.

Responsibility

Plan schedule and execute daily dispatch operations in alignment with sales orders and delivery commitmentsbr Coordinate with production warehouse and sales teams to ensure product availability and readiness for dispatchbr Prepare and verify dispatch documents including invoices delivery challans eway bills LR copies and packing lists ensuring accuracy and compliancebr Liaise with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch maintaining strong skilled relationshipsbr Track shipments diligently to ensure ontime delivery proactively resolving any transit issues or delays that may arisebr Maintain accurate dispatch records and MIS reports ensuring reconciliation of dispatched quantities for transparency and accountabilitybr Ensure compliance with GST eway bill rules company SOPs and safety norms upholding the highest standards of operational integritybr Monitor logistics costs and support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing transportation expenses contributing to the companys financial healthbr Handle customer queries related to dispatch delivery status and documentation with professionalism and efficiency ensuring customer satisfactionbr Supervise loading activities to ensure the correct quantity quality and safe handling of materials adhering to industry best practices
