We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Insurance with strong knowledge of insurance products and B2B processes. The SME will support the team with product expertise, process guidance, training, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Motor, Life, or Health Insurance products.
- Provide product and process guidance to sales teams.
- Handle complex partner/client queries and escalations.
- Conduct product, process, and refresher training for team members.
- Ensure teams have accurate knowledge of insurance products, features, and processes.
- Monitor process adherence and identify knowledge gaps.
- Support sales teams in improving product understanding and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for process and product-related issues.
- Keep the team updated on product/process changes.
- Prepare training material, process documentation, and knowledge reports.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- B2B insurance experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Motor, Life, or Health Insurance.
- 3–6 years of relevant insurance experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust product knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience in training, quality, process, or SME role will be an advantage.
