Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including record to report (RTR) processes.

- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and sales tax compliance.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to bank reconciliations and other accounting discrepancies.

Job Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in a senior accountant role or similar position.

- Solid knowledge of Oracle or other accounting software; proficiency in multiple systems preferred.

- Excellent client interaction skills; ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.

- Experience with root cause analysis techniques; strong problem-solving skills.
