Role Description The Study Abroad Advisor is a full-time, in office role based in Malad Munbaii. The advisor will counsel students on international study options, including universities, courses, destinations, and admission requirements, while helping them make informed decisions aligned with their academic and career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations, organizing information sessions, guiding students through application and documentation processes, and providing support with timelines and requirements.

The role also involves assisting with basic visa-related guidance, coordinating with partner institutions or agencies, maintaining accurate student records,



and following up regularly to ensure smooth progression through each step. The advisor will collaborate with colleagues to improve counseling materials, share market insights, and contribute to a positive, student-focused office environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and general Consulting skills to guide students through study abroad choices and application processes.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge related to Visas, including awareness of requirements, documentation, and timelines for common study destinations.
- Relevant experience in student advising, counseling, or international education services is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or international relations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Malad Mumbai manage multiple student cases, and maintain accurate records and follow-ups.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.
- Cultural sensitivity and a commitment to providing inclusive, non-discriminatory guidance to students from diverse backgrounds.
