We are looking for an experienced and motivated Study Abroad Counsellor / Visa Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students regarding overseas education, universities, courses and visa options.

- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, colleges and countries.

- Handle and mature leads through regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into applications.

- Guide students throughout the admission and visa application process.

- Prepare students for university/embassy visa interviews and conduct mock interview sessions.

- Handle visa filing, documentation and application processing accurately.

- Coordinate with students, universities and internal teams for applications and visa processing.

- Maintain regular follow-up with students and keep them updated on their application status.

- Achieve counselling,



application and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and counselling skills.

- Solid knowledge of overseas education and visa processes.

- Good convincing and sales skills with the ability to convert leads.

- Experience in student counselling, admissions or visa processing will be preferred.

- Ability to handle multiple student applications and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Candidates with experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education / Immigration / Visa Counselling.
