We are looking for an energetic and student-focused Student Relationship Manager to manage the complete student journey—from enquiry to course completion.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate class schedules
Communicate regular updates and announcements to students
Handle student queries and ensure smooth coordination
Follow up on course fees and payments
Counsel prospective students and guide them toward suitable IT courses
Manage admissions, onboarding, and student engagement
