Work Description:

This is full-time, work from an office internship role based in Pune, where you’ll be an integral part of our Operations Team,

Work Responsibilities:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- High-Volume Courtesy Calling: Conduct daily proactive outbound calls (~200 calls/day) to welcome enrolled students, check on their study progress, and maintain active engagement.
- Service Feedback Collection: Systematically gather qualitative feedback regarding mentorship sessions, test series evaluation accuracy, course content, and faculty performance.
- Issue & Ticket Management: Identify student pain points, generate support tickets immediately upon receiving queries or technical glitches, and assign them to the Student Support team for resolution.
- Resolution Tracking & Follow-up:



Coordinate with internal operations/support teams to ensure student tickets are resolved within defined SLAs, closing the loop with follow-up calls to the student.
- Student Retention & Engagement: Act as an empathetic soundboard for exam-related stress, guiding students toward available resources and keeping them motivated throughout their preparation journey.
- Daily Reporting & CRM Logging: Update and maintain accurate call status logs, feedback notes, and ticket metrics on Excel / Google Sheets / CRM software.

Work Qualifications:

Preffered Graduation Completed

Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.

A willingness to thrive in a target-driven work environment.

Must have your own Laptop.
