Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities and suitable study-abroad pathways.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about courses, colleges, universities, admission requirements, and study destinations.
- Guide students regarding study opportunities in countries including Germany, Austria, France, Sweden, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, preferences, and financial considerations to recommend suitable options.
- Explain the admission process, eligibility criteria, documentation, application procedures, and other relevant requirements clearly.
- Assist students in completing application forms and clarify any admission-related queries or concerns.
- Maintain qualified and effective communication with students, parents, universities, and internal teams.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets while maintaining high standards of service.




- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on changes in university requirements, admission procedures, visa-related information, and international education trends.

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong presentation and counselling skills.
- Confidence in communicating with students and parents.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- A professional, positive, and target-oriented approach.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Willingness to work towards individual and team targets.

Educational Qualifications Candidates with the following qualifications are preferred:
- MBA
- B.Tech – All Branches
- BCA
- MCA
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Computer Science
- Other relevant Bachelor's or Master's degrees

Relevant overseas education consulting experience may be considered in place of the preferred educational qualifications.

Experience

- Minimum 2 year of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education Consulting is preferred.
- Candidates with proven experience in student counselling, education sales, or related fields may also be considered.
- Experience in study-abroad consulting will receive higher priority.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary:



₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
