About the Role

We are looking for a confident and student-focused Counsellor who can guide students and working professionals regarding AI & Tech courses and help them choose programs aligned with their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and prospects regarding available courses.
- Understand their educational background, career goals, and interests.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Maintain lead and counselling records.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic teams.




- Achieve counselling and admission targets.

Requirements

- 6 months–2 years of experience in counselling, education sales, or customer handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust listening and convincing abilities.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Target-oriented and passionate about career growth.
- Knowledge of AI, technology, or professional training programs will be an advantage.
