? Key Responsibilities • Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and institutions

- Handle student enquiries, follow-ups, and admission-related support
- Assist students with applications, SOPs, and required documentation
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups in CRM
- Coordinate with internal admissions and relevant teams
- Provide ethical, accurate, and transparent counselling
- Follow Navinora' s counselling processes, SOPs, and documentation standards

? Eligibility • Graduation is mandatory – any discipline

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good counselling and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in education consultancy will be an advantage

? Important Conditions • Mandatory 2-year service commitment
