Shree Niketan Matriculation - Thiruvallur requires a compassionate and dedicated Student Counselor to join our team. As a Student Counselor, you will play a key role in promoting student well-being and mental health, providing counseling, guidance, and support to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group counseling to students on personal, emotional, academic, and career-related matters.
- Offer crisis intervention and create action plans to support students in times of need.
- Work closely with faculty, staff, and students to support development and well-being.
- Design and facilitate workshops on given topics as and when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all ethical guidelines and legal requirements related to student counseling.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology or a related field.
- Previous experience in counseling or working with students in an educational setting preferred.
- Robust communication,



problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of mental health issues, student development, and crisis management.
