Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) – Student Counsellor
- Student Profiling: Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, goals and constraints.
- Documentation & CRM: Collect student documents and maintain updated CRM records.
- Course & University Research: Research suitable courses and universities in India and abroad.
- Parent Counselling: Conduct counselling sessions with parents.
- Psychometric Assessment: Analyse psychometric test results.
- Career Pathway Planning: Recommend suitable career pathways based on student profiles.
- Application Management: Submit university applications and follow up on their progress.
- Lead Generation & Marketing: Make prospective student calls and contribute ideas to digital marketing.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
