Guide to Heights is a study abroad consultancy helping students from Kerala and the GCC build their future in Australia, the UK, Ireland, New Zealand and Germany. We are PIER-certified and British Council-registered, with offices in Kochi, Sharjah and Melbourne.

About the Role

We are looking for freshers with a Master's degree who are excited to start a career in student counselling. If you enjoy talking to people, love helping students plan their future, and are eager to learn, this role is for you. No prior experience is needed – our team will train you from day one on counselling, study abroad pathways, universities, courses and the application process.

What You Will Do

- Speak with students and parents over phone, in person and online to understand their study abroad goals
- Explain courses, universities, countries and admission requirements in simple terms
- Guide students step by step through applications and documentation
- Follow up with leads and keep students and parents updated
- Write professional emails and manage student documents and records on the computer
- Work closely with senior counsellors and learn the full counselling process

Who We Are Looking For

- Master's degree (any discipline) – freshers only
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and good spoken English
- Comfortable talking to students and parents with patience and confidence
- Basic computer skills – writing emails, MS Word/Excel or Google Docs/Sheets, managing documents
- Willingness to learn,



take feedback and grow with the team
- Friendly, organised and responsible attitude

- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on interview performance)

Work Details

- Job type: Full-time, Permanent (Freshers)
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work from office only – no remote or hybrid option
- Location: Kakkanad, Kochi – on Infopark Road, near the Kakkanad Water Metro station. Candidates must be able to travel to the office daily.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
