As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Student Counselor who is energetic, people-oriented, takes ownership and wants to grow with a young, ambitious team.

What you'll be doing

- Student Communication and Guidance: Effectively communicate with students over calls, understand their requirements, answer their queries and maintain timely follow-ups throughout their journey.
- Agent Partnerships: Connect and communicate with education agents to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- BDM Support: Assist the BDM team with student profiles, research, coordination and day-to-day business development tasks.
- Lead Management: Keep track of conversations, follow-ups and student journeys to ensure no prospect gets missed.
- Process & Growth: Share ideas, identify gaps and help us improve how we engage with students and partners as we scale.
- Take Ownership: Be someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. If you see something that needs fixing, take the initiative.
- Assisting with Marketing: Support the marketing team with timely student communication,



campaign coordination, follow-ups and other day-to-day marketing activities.

What we're looking for

- 1+ year of relevant experience in student counselling, education, study abroad, sales, business development or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with students, parents and business partners
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Someone who is proactive, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
- Most importantly, someone who wants to build, learn and grow...not just do a job
