✅ Provide personalised counselling to prospective students and their families on programs offered at Deakin University India Campus.

✅ Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and personal goals to recommend suitable study pathways.

✅ Conduct one-on-one consultations, follow-ups, information sessions, campus visits, and online/offline counselling activities.

✅ Support students throughout the admissions lifecycle, including applications, documentation, offers, and enrolment.

✅ Collaborate closely with teams across Admissions, Marketing, Recruitment, Academics, and Student Support to deliver a seamless student experience.





✅ Represent Deakin University India at education fairs, school visits, webinars, open houses, campus events, and outreach initiatives.

✅ Maintain accurate student records and update interactions in CRM systems to ensure effective lead management.

✅ Achieve student recruitment and enrolment targets while delivering an exceptional, student-centric experience.

✅ Share market intelligence, student feedback, and campaign insights to support continuous improvement and business growth.

What We are Looking For?

- 2-3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, education sales, inside sales, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for helping students make informed education and career decisions.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
