Structural Engineer – Villa Project
INDBUILD Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dedicated Structural Engineer to join our team for a premium villa project at Nedumbassery, Cochin International Airport Road, Kochi.
We are looking for a technically strong professional with 3+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering and construction, preferably with experience in residential, villa, or similar projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise structural construction activities at the project site.
Ensure structural works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor reinforcement, formwork, concreting, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural works.
Read, review, and interpret structural drawings and identify technical issues.
Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, contractors, and site teams.
Monitor construction quality and ensure proper workmanship.
Resolve technical and site-related structural issues in coordination with the relevant teams.
Monitor structural work progress and ensure timely completion.
Maintain site records, measurements, inspection reports, and required documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and construction standards.
Requirements
M.Tech / Post Graduate Degree in Structural Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in structural engineering/construction.
Experience in residential, villa, apartment, or similar construction projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of structural construction and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with project teams.
