Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, design, drawings, technical coordination, and supporting construction activities to ensure that projects are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and delivered according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design for RCC, steel, and other structural systems as required.

- Design and check structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, retaining walls, and steel members.

- Prepare structural calculations, design reports, specifications, and technical documentation.

- Develop and review structural drawings, reinforcement details, framing plans, sections, and construction details.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.

- Use structural engineering software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, PROTECTED, Tekla, AutoCAD, or Revit, depending on project requirements.

- Review architectural, civil, MEP, and other discipline drawings and identify structural coordination issues.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, fabricators, and site teams.

- Review shop drawings, bar bending schedules, structural material submissions, and technical submittals.

- Provide technical support to construction teams and resolve site-related structural issues.

- Conduct site inspections to verify structural work against approved drawings and specifications.

- Identify structural defects, investigate technical issues, and recommend appropriate corrective or strengthening measures.

- Participate in design reviews,

- Monitor structural design deliverables and ensure work is completed within agreed project schedules.

- Maintain proper records of calculations, drawings, revisions, inspections, and technical correspondence.

- Review the work of junior engineers and provide technical guidance where required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or a related field.

- Relevant experience in structural analysis and design.

- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and applicable design codes.

- Experience with relevant structural analysis/design software.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary project team.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in building, industrial, infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects, depending on project requirements.

- Experience with RCC and/or structural steel design.

- Knowledge of seismic and wind-load design requirements.

- Experience coordinating with contractors and consultants.

- Experience with BIM tools such as Revit/Tekla is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
