- Prepare detailed RCC structural drawings for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
- Prepare footing, column, beam, slab and staircase reinforcement drawings.
- Prepare structural plans, sections, elevations and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules (BBS).
- Coordinate structural drawings with architectural drawings.
- Revise drawings as per structural design requirements and site conditions.
- Prepare steel structure and PEB drawings when required.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, dimensions, detailing and revisions.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects and site engineers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Good knowledge of RCC reinforcement detailing.
- Ability to read and understand structural design drawings.
- Knowledge of STAAD.Pro / ETABS drawings will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Revit Structure will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience 0–3 years of experience in structural drafting/detailing.
Freshers with valuable AutoCAD and structural detailing knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Candidate A candidate with practical knowledge of RCC detailing, structural drawings, BBS and construction drawings, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
