Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering + M.Tech in Structural Engineering

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Civil / Structural Engineer with a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering and M.Tech in Structural Engineering to join our team.
The candidate will be involved in structural analysis, design, preparation of drawings, and coordination with project/site teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to develop practical experience in structural engineering and work on real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis and design of RCC and steel structures.
- Perform basic design of beams, columns, slabs, footings and other structural elements.
- Prepare and review structural calculations and design reports.
- Develop and review structural drawings and detailing.
- Assist in structural modelling and analysis using Software & Manually
- Understand and apply relevant IS Codes and design standards.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors and site teams.
- Review structural drawings and assist in resolving site-related technical issues.
- Assist with quantity estimation and preparation of technical documents.
- Ensure structural work complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Learn and implement industry best practices in structural engineering.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of RCC and Steel Design.
- Understanding of Structural Analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Foundation Design.
- Knowledge of Earthquake/Seismic Design is an advantage.
- Familiarity with IS 456, IS 800, IS 875 and IS 1893.
- Basic knowledge of ETABS / STAAD.Pro / SAFE / AutoCAD.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on challenging structural projects.
Education
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Required
- M.Tech in Structural Engineering – Preferred/Required
Suitable for Freshers Freshers with strong academic knowledge and a good understanding of structural engineering are encouraged to apply. Candidates with M.Tech project experience in structural analysis, RCC/steel design, seismic analysis or foundation design will be preferred.
