ARBEIT AI is building a Agentic AI driven personalized recruitment tech personalised for high-attrition industries.

We are now expanding deeper into the BFSI sector and are looking for a senior industry professional who understands banking from the inside and, more importantly, has strong relationships with decision-makers across banks.

What you’ll do • Build and leverage relationships with senior leaders across banks and NBFCs

- Open conversations with HR, Talent Acquisition, Business and Regional leadership teams
- Help ARBEIT understand specific hiring and workforce challenges within banks
- Identify opportunities where ARBEIT can create measurable value
- Lead/participate in senior-level conversations and partnership discussions
- Help convert initial conversations into pilots and long-term partnerships
- Represent ARBEIT with senior BFSI stakeholders
- Help us build a robust banking industry network as we scale

Who we’re looking for This is NOT a conventional sales role.

We are looking for someone who has:

- 10+ years of experience in banking / BFSI / financial services
- Strong relationships with senior decision-makers across banks




- Deep understanding of banking hiring, branch operations, frontline workforce or talent acquisition
- Experience dealing with HR, CHRO, Talent Acquisition, Business Heads or Regional/Zonal leadership
- Ability to open doors and build institutional relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work closely with a founder

Former senior banking executives, HR leaders, BFSI industry professionals, consultants and experienced banking professionals with strong institutional relationships are encouraged to apply.
