ZingHR is looking for a Strategic Accounts Executive – Payroll to manage payroll operations, client relationships and service delivery while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely resolution of payroll-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations and client deliverables.
- Handle client SPOCs, employee queries and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and other statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll MIS, F&F;, taxation and salary processing.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely payroll closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Payroll, HCM, HRMS or Payroll Outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll, taxation and statutory compliances.
- Experience in client servicing, account management or service delivery.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software/HRMS and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates comfortable working in office in Mumbai.
