We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Stores & Inventory Executive to support the efficient management of inventory, warehouse operations, and material flow.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, identify, store, and issue raw materials, consumables, bought-out items, and finished goods.
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using MS Excel and physical stock registers.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely material replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, preservation, identification, and traceability of materials.
- Coordinate material movement between Stores, Production, Quality, Subcontractors, and Dispatch.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
- Monitor and control slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Support ISO/QMS documentation and customer audit requirements.
- Maintain warehouse 5S, housekeeping, and safety standards.
- Assist in dispatch planning and logistics coordination.




- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation for material receipts, issues, transfers, and dispatches.

Qualification
- B.Com
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Or any other relevant qualification.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, or Materials Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
