Key Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect materials delivered to the hotel against purchase orders and invoices.

- Check quantity, quality, expiry dates, and condition of received items.

- Properly arrange and store materials according to category and storage standards.

- Issue materials to various departments against authorized requisitions.

- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory registers/system.

- Conduct regular physical stock checks and assist in monthly stocktaking.

- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods for food and other perishable items.

- Monitor stock levels and inform the Stores Manager about shortages, excess stock, or damaged/expired items.

- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and hygiene within the stores.

- Assist with documentation such as GRNs, issue records, stock registers, and transfer notes.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Kitchen, F&B;, Housekeeping, and other departments as required.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals, food items, beverages, and other hotel supplies.

- Report discrepancies, damages, pilferage,



or irregularities to the concerned supervisor.

- Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and inventory control practices.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma; hotel management qualification preferred.

- 1–2 years of experience in hotel stores, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred.

- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures.

- Basic computer knowledge;

experience with ERP/Inventory/HRMS systems is an advantage.

- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.

- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments.

- Positive communication and organizational skills.

- Physically fit and able to handle store-related activities.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
