Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Stores & Dispatch Executive role based in the Pune/Sanaswadi area. The Stores & Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing — Interplant EV Bus Kitting Dispatch:

● Received production schedule and kit requirements from the EKA plant.

● Verified stock availability in SAP/WMS; identified shortages and arranged missing parts.

● Picked components as per BOM (Bill of Materials); prepared and verified complete kits for quantity and part numbers.

● Checked kit completeness and material condition; ensured correct labels, batch numbers, and traceability.

● Packed kits on pallets/boxes and attached dispatch labels (Part Number, Description, Quantity, Plant Name, Kit Number,

Batch/Lot Number).

● Completed stock transfer / interplant transfer postings in SAP; generated delivery documents and invoices/challans.

● Loaded materials per the loading plan, secured pallets, and recorded vehicle details.

● Dispatched vehicles and shared dispatch details (Vehicle No., LR No., Dispatch Time, Delivery Document) with the receiving plant. ● Coordinated with the destination plant for GRN, kit verification,



and inventory updates as part of integrated plant-to-plant material flow.

● Maintained key documents: Pick List, Kitting Checklist, Delivery Challan, E-Way Bill, LR, Dispatch Report, Interplant

Transfer Document.

The role involves coordinating dispatch activities, preparing documentation such as delivery challans and invoices, scheduling shipments, and tracking deliveries to meet customer timelines. The executive will maintain stock records, conduct regular cycle counts, support audits, and ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards in the store and dispatch areas. Collaboration with production, sales, and logistics teams is required to resolve discrepancies, optimize space utilization, and support smooth order fulfillment.

- Ability to lift or move materials as required, follow safety guidelines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, in office environment.
- Minimum qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in supply chain, logistics, or operations management is an advantage.
