We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper with 5–10 years of experience in Transmission Line. The candidate will be responsible for managing project materials, inventory, inward/outward movement, documentation, and maintaining accurate stock records at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations at Transmission Line project sites.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and properly store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances .
- Handle materials such as conductors, cables, insulators, towers/structural materials, hardware fittings, earthing materials, electrical items, tools, and consumables .
- Verify materials against PO, delivery challan, material specifications, and quantity .
- Maintain GRN/MRN, Material Issue Notes, Material Return Notes, and stock registers .
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, stacking, preservation, and safe storage of materials.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and coordinate with project/purchase teams for material requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation .
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Track damaged, surplus, shortage,



rejected, and non-moving materials.
- Coordinate with Project, Purchase, QA/QC, Accounts, and Site teams for material-related activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security within the store area.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and material movement reports .
- Follow company procedures for inventory control and material management.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience as Store Keeper / Store In-charge / Store Executive.
- Mandatory experience in Transmission Line / Substation
- Good knowledge of electrical and transmission line materials .
- Experience in material receiving, issuing, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and documentation .
- Knowledge of GRN/MRN, Material Issue/Return Notes, PO, DC, and stock registers .
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP is preferred.
- Positive communication, coordination, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to independently manage a project/site store .
