Job Purpose

Responsible for complete site store operations, including material inward and outward, inventory control, ERP entries, material documentation, storage, reconciliation, and dispatch/logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site store activities and maintain proper material control.
- Handle Material Inward / GRN process and verify materials against PO, delivery challan, packing list, and inspection documents.
- Check quantity, specifications, physical condition, and documentation of received materials.
- Maintain Material Outward / Issue records against approved Material Requisition / Issue Slips.
- Make timely and accurate ERP entries for material receipt, issue, transfer, return, and stock adjustments.
- Maintain updated stock register / inventory records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports and material reconciliation statements.
- Ensure proper identification, tagging, stacking, preservation, and safe storage of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Project, Planning, QA/QC, Accounts, and Site Execution teams for material requirements.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight material shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate dispatch and logistics activities, including vehicle arrangement, loading, documentation, and delivery tracking.
- Prepare and maintain Delivery Challan, Gate Pass, Dispatch Documents,



Returnable/Non-Returnable Material records, etc.
- Track materials dispatched to vendors, subcontractors, other project sites, and client locations.
- Maintain records of material returns, damaged materials, surplus materials, and scrap.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics agencies for timely material movement.
- Ensure proper documentation for client-issued/free-issued materials and maintain reconciliation.
- Support monthly inventory closing, stock reconciliation, and audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures related to material handling, storage, safety, and documentation.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Material Inward & Outward processes
- Hands-on experience in ERP/SAP/Oracle/Tally or other inventory management systems
- Knowledge of GRN, MRN, Material Issue Slip, Stock Transfer, Material Return and Dispatch documentation
- Good understanding of warehouse and inventory management
- Knowledge of dispatch planning and logistics coordination
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors
- Good communication and team-management skills

Preferred Experience Experience in EPC, Electrical, Instrumentation, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Projects will be preferred.

Education

Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Graduation/Electrical/Logistics/Stores will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
