We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper for our construction site in Mira Road. The candidate should have prior experience handling stores and materials in the civil construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inward and outward movement of construction materials.
Maintain proper stock records and inventory.
Receive, inspect and store materials properly.
Issue materials to site workers as per requirements.
Maintain records of cement, steel, tools, hardware and other construction materials.
Monitor stock levels and inform the site team about material requirements.
Coordinate with purchase and site teams for material availability.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Maintain proper documentation,
GRN, material issue slips and stock registers.
Ensure proper storage and safety of materials at the site.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Storekeeper in Civil Construction is mandatory/preferred.
Knowledge of construction materials and site-store operations.
Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Basic computer knowledge / MS Excel preferred.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently at a construction site.
Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹28,000
