Job Responsibilities:

- Manage inward, storage, issue, and outward movement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other factory items.
- Verify materials against PO, invoice, GRN, quantity, quality, and specifications.
- Maintain accurate ERP/Tally stock records, including batch-wise, lot-wise, and expiry-wise inventory.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, segregation, identification, and traceability of organic and conventional materials.
- Issue materials to Production as per requirements and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor storage conditions, hygiene, housekeeping, pest control, and GMP/GHP/food safety requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification, reconciliation, and discrepancy reporting.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Logistics, and Accounts for material planning and movement.
- Manage finished goods and coordinate dispatches, including export-related requirements.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels, shortages, excess, damaged, rejected, and slow-moving materials.
- Maintain GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, dispatch records, and inventory reports.
- Supervise store staff and ensure safe handling, proper stacking,



and prevention of damage/wastage.
- Support organic certification, audits, traceability, and customer inspections.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and inventory reports for management.
- Perform other store and warehouse activities assigned by management.

Skills & Qualification Requirements:

- Education: Graduate/Diploma in Stores, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in stores/warehouse operations, preferably in food processing, FMCG, agriculture, or export-oriented manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally, inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability, and stock reconciliation.
- Knowledge of GMP/GHP, food safety, and organic product handling will be preferred.
- Good coordination, documentation, team-handling, and communication skills.
