Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete site store and inventory for MEP/Electrical materials.
- Receive materials from vendors and verify quantity, specifications, and condition against PO/Challan.
- Maintain proper records of material inward, outward, stock, and consumption.
- Issue materials to site teams as per authorized requirements.
- Maintain daily stock registers and inventory records.
- Track minimum stock levels and inform the Purchase/Project team about material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, tagging, and preservation of materials.
- Maintain records of cable, wires, trays, conduits, pipes, fittings, electrical accessories, tools, consumables, and other construction materials.
- Prepare Material Receipt Notes (MRN/GRN) and material issue records where applicable.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation of returned, damaged, excess, and rejected materials.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Project, Engineering, Accounts, and Site teams.




- Monitor material consumption against project requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards inside the store.
- Maintain records of tools and equipment issued to employees/site teams.
- Prepare regular stock and material reports for management.
- Ensure that all store documents are properly maintained and available for audit.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MEP/Electrical construction materials.
- Experience in site store and inventory management.
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain stock registers and prepare inventory reports.
- Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of PO, challan, GRN/MRN, material issue and return procedures.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
