Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Bakery Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bakery outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth store operations, product quality, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations, opening/closing, staff scheduling, and discipline.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
- Monitor product availability, freshness, quality, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and daily stock checks.
- Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
- Maintain daily sales, cash, inventory, and operational reports.




- Coordinate with the production/kitchen team for timely product replenishment.
- Implement promotions and ensure proper product/display execution.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in bakery, QSR, café, food retail, or similar retail operations.
- Strong team-management and customer-handling skills.
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.
- Strong focus on sales, hygiene, and operational discipline.

Location: Zirakpur Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
