What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture/interior products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
- Handle customer queries and support them through the purchase process.
- Follow up with interested customers and contribute towards sales targets.
- Maintain a good customer experience throughout the sales journey.
What We're Looking For
- Candidates with retail / showroom / furniture / interior / sales experience are preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
- Freshers with strong communication and a sales mindset can also be considered.
