– Store Promoter Company: TCL Position: Store Promoter / Inside Sales Executive Location: Across Tamil Nadu & Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary TCL is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Promoters / Inside Sales Executives to promote and sell TCL electronic products in retail showrooms. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, assisting customers with product selection, providing product demonstrations, maintaining product displays, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities ● Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and profit targets for the store. ● Interact with customers and understand their requirements. ● Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and offers to customers. ● Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations. ● Convince and assist customers in making purchase decisions. ● Recommend suitable TCL products based on customer needs and budget. ● Maintain updated knowledge of TCL products, features, pricing, and promotions. ● Monitor stock and inventory levels in the assigned section. ● Coordinate with the concerned team for stock replenishment when required. ● Maintain proper product displays and ensure merchandise is presented according to company standards. ● Execute sales and promotional plans to maximize store sales.



● Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. ● Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally. ● Collect customer feedback and share it with the immediate manager. ● Maintain required sales reports and administrative paperwork. ● Attend mandatory staff meetings, product training, and other company sessions. ● Follow store policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and emergency protocols. ● Maintain professional behavior and a clean, organized sales area.

Candidate

Requirements ● Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass. ● Experience: 6 months to 4 year of showroom/retail/electronics sales experience preferred. ● Good communication and interpersonal skills. ● Robust customer-handling and convincing skills. ● Basic understanding of sales and retail operations. ● Good product-learning ability. ● Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals. ● Gender: Male / Female candidates can apply.
