Overview
As a Sales Associate , you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences and provide excellent service to our valued customers every day. From educating customers about our products and in-store promotions to supporting the store team in achieving sales goals, this role offers real growth potential within a fast-scaling retail business.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding, attentive service to every customer who walks in
- Use your footwear knowledge to help customers find the right fit — comfort, style, and occasion
- Proactively contribute to a positive, collaborative store environment
- Assist with stock replenishment, pricing, and maintaining store presentation standards
- Support the store team in daily operations, including POS management and stock room organisation
- Work with Store Management to consistently improve personal sales performance
- Follow all company policies related to inventory control and loss prevention
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 2-3 years of retail experience, with footwear experience essential
- Strong product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
- Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- A desire to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment
