Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of The Souled Store outlet. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing store staff, maintaining customer service standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance

- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets and drive store profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales trends and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure effective execution of promotions, offers, and brand campaigns.

2. Store Operations

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, replenished, and available for sale.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the concerned teams for replenishment.

3. Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve business targets.
- Allocate duties, shifts, and responsibilities effectively.
- Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
- Conduct regular team briefings and provide performance feedback.
- Support recruitment, onboarding,



training, and development of store employees.
- Handle employee-related issues in coordination with HR and Operations.

4. Customer Service

- Ensure an excellent customer experience at all times.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure the team follows prescribed customer service standards.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

5. Inventory & Loss Prevention

- Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, and stock accuracy.
- Conduct and support periodic stock audits and physical inventory checks.
- Minimize stock loss, damage, pilferage, and operational discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of merchandise.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/supply chain team for stock requirements.

6. Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain required store records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, and store-level financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
