Moe’s Casa Mexicana is a vibrant Mexican QSR brand serving bold flavours, great food, and an energetic dining experience. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Store Manager to lead our store operations and team at Sohna Road, Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
- Drive sales and achieve store business targets.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational costs.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain staff attendance, discipline, and shift schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in QSR is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of QSR/store operations.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable managing shifts and store operations.
- Candidates available to work in Sohna Road, Gurgaon preferred.
