We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with strong experience in Fashion & Lifestyle Retail to manage our store at Dighalipukhuri, Guwahati.

The ideal candidate should have 3–7 years of experience in organized fashion retail, preferably with established brands such as Pantaloons, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Max Fashion, Reliance Trends, Westside, Central, V-Mart, or similar fashion and lifestyle retail brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual store targets.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage the store team.
- Monitor individual and team-wise sales performance and KPIs.
- Ensure an excellent customer shopping experience.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Manage stock availability, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and stock audits.
- Monitor shrinkage, damages, and stock losses.
- Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and operational standards.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure smooth billing, cash management, opening/closing, and daily reconciliation.
- Analyze sales reports and take corrective actions to improve store performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, and head-office teams.
- Ensure the store is maintained as per brand and visual merchandising guidelines.

Candidate Requirements





- 3–7 years of experience in organized Fashion & Lifestyle Retail.
- Candidates with experience in brands such as Pantaloons, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Max Fashion, Reliance Trends, Westside, Central, V-Mart, or similar organized retail formats preferred.
- Prior experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Department Manager will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of fashion retail sales, customer service, inventory, and store operations.
- Proven experience in managing and developing a retail sales team.
- Strong target orientation and commercial understanding.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems, retail software, and basic MS Excel.
- Passion for fashion, styling, customer experience, and retail sales.
- Willingness to work weekends and during peak retail seasons.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
