Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage store staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate store coverage.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, deposits, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, security, and operational standards.
- Minimize stock loss, damage, and operational expenses.
- Analyze sales performance and implement actions to improve results.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, purchasing, HR, finance, and other departments as required.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail/store management.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales, inventory, and store operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and retail/POS software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
