Role Description This is a full-time, in office Store Manager role based in Siliguri.

The Store

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including sales performance, staffing, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies. The role involves leading, coaching, and motivating the store team to deliver excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction,



while ensuring store standards and safety protocols are consistently maintained.

Manager will monitor key performance indicators, manage budgets, implement retail loss prevention measures, and drive initiatives to improve revenue, profitability, and overall store efficiency. Collaboration with regional leadership, participation in local marketing activities, and timely reporting on store performance are integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective interpersonal and Communication skills to lead teams and interact with diverse customers.
- Proven experience in Store Management or retail operations, including staff supervision and performance management.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, stock control, and basic audit procedures.
- Experience in furniture or home retail is preferred, with an understanding of home solutions and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet sales and operational targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with POS and retail management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
