Role & Responsibilities

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and uphold PUMA brand standards.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, shrinkage control, and stock accuracy.
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store presentation.
- Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational processes, and compliance standards.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with franchise management and support functions for smooth store operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3 to 8 years of experience in Retail Store Operations.
- Prior experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager,



or Senior Retail Supervisor.
- Strong experience in sales management and team handling.
- Experience in Apparel, Footwear, Sportswear, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Specialty Retail preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
- Good understanding of inventory management and store operations.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and leadership-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working weekends and rotational holidays as per retail requirements.
