Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Snusha retail outlet, specializing in designer wear and bridal outfits.

The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing the store team, maintaining visual presentation, coordinating bridal appointments and fittings, and ensuring smooth overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Performance

- Drive daily, monthly, and annual store sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
- Handle high-value customers and personally oversee important bridal and designer-wear appointments.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling of outfits, accessories, and related products.
- Maintain strong conversion rates, average transaction value, and repeat-customer relationships.
- Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.

1. Customer Experience

- Provide a premium and personalized shopping experience to every customer.
- Understand customer requirements, occasion, preferences, budget, and styling expectations.
- Handle bridal consultations professionally from initial enquiry through selection, trial, alterations, and final delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with brides, families, wedding planners, stylists, and other potential referral partners.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

1. Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales and support team.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor individual performance.
- Conduct regular team briefings and product-training sessions.
- Ensure staff maintain professional grooming, communication,



and customer-service standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of store employees.
- Maintain discipline and a positive, customer-focused work environment.

1. Bridal & Designer Wear Operations

- Coordinate bridal appointments, trials, fittings, alterations, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure customer measurements and customization requirements are recorded accurately.
- Coordinate with designers, tailors, embroiderers, production teams, and vendors wherever required.
- Track the status of customized and made-to-order garments.
- Ensure promised delivery timelines are monitored and communicated clearly to customers.
- Handle premium and delicate garments with appropriate care.

1. Inventory & Store Operations

- Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper tagging, storage, display, and handling of designer and bridal garments.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate periodic physical inventory.
- Minimize damages, losses, and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, visually appealing, and maintained according to brand standards.

1. Visual Merchandising

- Maintain an attractive and premium presentation of bridal and designer collections.
- Ensure mannequins, displays, racks, trial rooms, and product sections are properly presented.
- Coordinate seasonal, festive, bridal, and new-collection displays.
- Ensure the overall store ambience reflects the brand's premium positioning.

1. Administration & Compliance

- Manage opening and closing procedures and ensure proper store security.
- Maintain daily sales, cash, billing, customer, inventory, and operational records.
- Coordinate with accounts regarding billing,



payments, deposits, and outstanding amounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
- Coordinate with management on maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other operational requirements.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is sales-driven, well-groomed, confident, organized, and passionate about fashion and customer service, with the ability to manage both people and operations independently.

Experience handling bridal clients, premium customers, customized outfits, fittings, and high-value transactions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
