Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for leading daily store operations and the in-store team. This role includes managing sales performance, overseeing visual merchandising and inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

The Store

Manager will handle customer interactions, resolve escalations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Additional responsibilities include monitoring retail loss prevention measures, training and coaching team members, preparing reports, and collaborating with management on local marketing and promotional activities.

- Excellent interpersonal abilities, with clear and professional Communication skills.
- Experience in Store Management, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and overseeing daily retail operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to implement safeguards and ensure compliance.
- Prior experience in jewellery retail store.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, use basic retail analytics, and manage cash and billing processes accurately.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and POS systems; willingness to learn brand-specific platforms.
- Relevant education in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
