We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations

Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Handle staff scheduling and attendance

Manage inventory, stock, and daily reports

Achieve sales and operational targets

Resolve customer concerns professionally

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality management preferred

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage a team and work under pressure

Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills

Versatile to work in shifts
