We are looking for an experienced Mobile Store Manager to manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the mobile store.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Track individual and team sales performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
- Monitor product availability, stock, and displays.
- Ensure proper implementation of offers and promotions.
- Maintain store standards, discipline, and cleanliness.
- Prepare and monitor daily and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales and operational requirements.
- Train team members on products, offers, and sales techniques.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure proper billing, inventory, and store procedures are followed.




- Handle escalated customer issues professionally.
- Support the team in achieving overall store performance.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in mobile/electronics sales or retail.
- Previous team leadership or store management experience.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and result-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of smartphones and electronics.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- ERP software experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
