JUSTWASH Car Care is 10yr old premium automotive care destination specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, Car Detailing, Paint Correction, Interior Detailing and premium vehicle protection solutions. We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Store Manager to take complete ownership of our store operations, customer experience, team performance and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of automotive detailing and vehicle protection services, along with the ability to manage a team, interact confidently with premium/luxury-car customers and drive sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Store & Operations Management

- Take complete ownership of day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage vehicle intake, job allocation, work-in-progress tracking, quality inspection and vehicle delivery.
- Ensure every vehicle is handled according to JUSTWASH quality standards and SOPs.
- Plan daily manpower and bay utilization to maximize operational efficiency.
- Monitor turnaround time for all services and ensure commitments made to customers are met.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, equipment handling and workshop discipline.

2. Technical Knowledge – Automotive Detailing

The Store Manager must have strong practical understanding of:
- Paint Protection Film (PPF)

- Ceramic Coating

- Paint Correction
- Machine Polishing & Compounding
- Exterior & Interior Detailing
- Deep Cleaning / Interior Restoration
- Glass & Paint Protection

- Headlight Restoration

- Engine Bay Cleaning
- Premium Car Care & Protection Solutions

The candidate should be able to understand the customer's vehicle condition, recommend the appropriate service and explain the benefits, process, limitations and after-care requirements clearly.

3. PPF & Ceramic Coating Expertise





- Understand different stages of PPF installation including surface preparation, paint correction, installation, finishing and quality inspection.
- Understand ceramic coating preparation, application, curing and after-care.
- Inspect vehicles before and after PPF/coating installation.
- Identify installation defects such as lifting, contamination, bubbles, edges, visible cuts, high spots or improper finishing.
- Ensure technicians follow correct application and curing procedures.
- Maintain consistent quality across every vehicle.

4. Customer Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the store.
- Handle premium and luxury-car customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services without unnecessary upselling.
- Explain PPF, ceramic coating and detailing packages in a simple and convincing manner.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and explain the condition of the vehicle before work begins.
- Provide regular updates to customers during the service.
- Conduct final vehicle handover and explain after-care instructions.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.

5. Sales & Business Development

- Own store sales targets and contribute directly to revenue growth.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, enquiries, referrals and existing customers.
- Convert enquiries into bookings.
- Upsell/cross-sell relevant services such as PPF, ceramic coating, detailing and paint correction.
- Build strong relationships with luxury-car owners, automobile enthusiasts, dealerships and local customer communities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Track enquiry-to-booking conversion and identify opportunities to improve sales.

6. Team Management





- Lead, train and motivate detailing and PPF technicians.
- Allocate jobs based on technician skill and workload.
- Monitor technician productivity and quality.
- Conduct regular training on detailing techniques, PPF installation and customer service.
- Ensure adherence to store SOPs and safety standards.
- Build a disciplined, customer-focused and quality-driven team culture.

7. Quality Control

- Conduct detailed pre-service and post-service vehicle inspections.
- Ensure photographs/videos are captured before, during and after major jobs.
- Maintain quality checklists for PPF, ceramic coating and detailing services.
- Ensure zero-compromise standards for premium/luxury vehicles.
- Identify recurring quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction and service quality.

8. Inventory & Equipment Management

- Monitor stock levels of PPF, ceramic coating products, chemicals, microfiber products and consumables.
- Ensure proper storage and usage of detailing chemicals and equipment.
- Track wastage and control material consumption.
- Maintain detailing machines, pressure washers, polishers and other equipment.
- Coordinate replenishment of critical materials to avoid operational delays.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Mandatory Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in automotive detailing, premium car care, PPF, ceramic coating or automobile service operations.
- Strong practical knowledge of PPF, ceramic coating, paint correction and detailing.
- Experience managing a team of technicians.
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
- Proven ability to convert customer enquiries into sales.
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles/jobs simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
- Valuable knowledge of premium and luxury vehicles.

Pay: ₹12,126.34 - ₹45,000.00 per month
