- Salary: SAR 2,000 – 2,500 per month
- Commission: Additional commission based on sales targets
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day, shift-based
- Contract Duration: 3 years
- Annual Leave: 21 days per year
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day retail store operations.
- Supervise and coordinate store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
- Monitor sales, daily operations, and store reports.
- Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product presentation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Train, guide, and motivate store employees.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- 3–6 years of relevant retail experience.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or Store Manager role.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and manage a shift-based schedule.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
