The Jewellery Store Manager oversees daily showroom operations, drives luxury sales targets, manages high-value inventory, and leads a team of specialized sales consultants to deliver an exceptional, premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities • Sales &

- KPI Management: Drive monthly and annual revenue targets. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics like footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Team Leadership &
- Coaching: Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate sales associates. Ensure the team maintains extensive knowledge of diamonds, precious metals, and gemstones.
- Luxury Client Relations: Provide tier-one customer service. Personally assist VIP clients with high-ticket purchases, bespoke customizations, and professional conflict resolution.
- Inventory Control &
- Security: Lead regular physical stock counts and diamond/gold audits. Oversee tight showroom security protocols to prevent shrinkage and maintain high asset safety.
- Visual Merchandising: Direct the aesthetic arrangement of display cases, lighting,



and seasonal window displays according to corporate luxury brand standards.
- Operations &
- Administration: Manage daily opening and closing processes, cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and statutory retail compliance logs.

Key Requirements • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record specifically within luxury retail, fine jewellery, or high-end timepieces.

- Product Expertise: Strong expertise or certification in gemology, diamond grading (GIA/IGIs standards), and precious metal valuations is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, luxury clientele networking, and proficiency in advanced retail CRM and inventory tracking systems.

Pay: ₹12,123.92 - ₹42,062.60 per month
