- Inventory Management: Maintain optimum stock levels for food, beverages, linens, chemicals, and operating supplies.
- Procurement & Receiving: Coordinate purchase orders, inspect delivered goods for quality and quantity, and reject damaged items.
- Store Operations: Issue materials only against authorized requisitions and maintain clean, safe storage spaces.
- Cost Control: Monitor consumption trends, reduce waste, and prevent inventory loss or pilferage.
- Documentation & Audits: Record all stock movements in ERP or PMS systems and assist with month-end counts.
- Department Coordination: Work with kitchen, housekeeping, engineering, and F&B; teams to ensure steady supplies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
